Black Friday Offer Terms

These terms govern the Black Friday 2026 promotion on NovaVerto AI (novaverto.com). They supplement our Terms of Service and Refund Policy; if they ever differ, the Terms prevail. Nothing here limits statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

1. The offer

Enter code NOVAVERTOBF26 at checkout to take 50% off the first three months of a monthly Standard or Pro subscription.

Prices are shown in US dollars. If your country is charged in another currency the equivalent local price applies, and the discounted amount is rounded to the nearest whole unit of that currency. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

2. When it runs

The code can be redeemed from 24 November 2026 until 1 December 2026, 23:59 UTC. It stops working after that. The discount itself continues for three billing periods from the day you subscribe, so a subscription started on the last day of the promotion still receives all three discounted months.

3. Who can use it

Both new customers and existing subscribers moving up to a higher plan may redeem the code. It may be used once per customer and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or referral bonus applied to the same subscription.

4. What it does not cover

The code applies only to the monthly Standard and Pro plans. It does not apply to yearly plans, to credit packs or to the per-seat Enterprise plan. Yearly plans are already priced at half the equivalent monthly cost, which is why the promotion does not discount them further.

5. What happens after three months

This is a discount on an ordinary monthly subscription, not a fixed-term plan. After the third discounted payment your subscription simply continues at the standard price — $24.99/month for Standard, $49.99/month for Pro — and renews monthly until you cancel. Nothing converts automatically to a yearly plan or to any other product.

We will email you before the discount ends so the change is never a surprise, and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. If you would rather keep paying about $12.50/month for Standard, you can switch to the yearly plan from the same page — that is a choice you make, never one we make for you.

6. Credits

A discounted subscription grants exactly the same monthly credit allowance as a full-price one. Credits are governed by section 3 of the Terms of Service: subscription credits do not roll over between periods, and credits have no cash value.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Our usual Refund Policy applies unchanged to discounted subscriptions. Any refund is of the amount actually paid, not the undiscounted list price.

8. Changes

We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, including ending it early. Any such change applies only to redemptions made after it takes effect — if you have already redeemed the code, your three discounted months are unaffected.
