What is a credit?

Credits are what designs cost, priced by the work involved: a quick design is 65 credits, a pro design 176–283 depending on resolution, and a video walkthrough starts at 1,000. Every design can include product matching for every piece it added. Every account starts with 120 free credits — enough for one quick design. All credits are valid for 30 days from when you get them.

Do credits expire?

Yes, all of them. Pack, free and bonus credits (welcome and referral) are valid for 30 days from when you get them, and a plan's allowance expires at the end of its billing month — it doesn't roll over. Buying a new pack moves your unused pack credits to 30 days from that purchase; free and bonus credits are never extended. The credits that expire soonest are always used first, and we email you a few days before a balance expires.

How do yearly plans work?

You pay once a year, at a lower price per design than monthly, and receive your plan's allowance at the start of each month of that year. Each month's allowance is valid until the end of that month.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time from Manage billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Enterprise seats are changed from the Organisation section of the account page.

Is there an API, and which plans include it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Standard, Pro and Enterprise include live API keys that render rooms, match products and order videos from your own code, at the same credit prices as the app — an Enterprise member's key spends the team's pool. Every account can create a test key that returns sample results for free, so you can build the integration before you subscribe. Limits are per key: 120 requests a minute, and 100 (Standard), 300 (Pro) or 1,000 (Enterprise) renders a day. The developer docs have the full reference.

What is the Enterprise plan?

A per-seat plan for teams: $49 per seat a month, minimum 3 seats, everything in Pro and unlimited projects. Every seat adds 15,000 credits a month to one pooled balance; owners and admins invite members, set roles, see who used what, and change the number of seats at any time. Annual invoicing is available on request.

How do pooled credits work?

Every render, product search or video by any member of the organisation is charged to the team's pool, not to their own balance. The pool resets to seats × 15,000 at the start of each billing period; adding a seat mid-period adds its credits right away, removing one takes effect at the period end.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.

Can I get a refund?

If a design fails, its credits are returned automatically. Packs and first subscription payments are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days and haven't used any of the credits — see our refund policy for details.

Do you have an affiliate programme?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creators, bloggers and reviewers earn 30% of every payment from the readers they send, with no cap, using a tracking link and a personal promo code. Details and the application are on the creator programme page at novaverto.com/creators. If you just want to tell a friend, the referral link in your account earns you both credits instead.
